We're sorry to see you go. Follow the steps below to permanently delete your Astro Navya account and all associated data.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your profile information (name, email, phone number)
- Birth details (date, time, and place of birth)
- Kundli chart data and all astrological calculations
- Chat history with Navya (AI astrologer)
- Daily horoscope history
- Kundli matching results
- Subscription and payment records
- Notification preferences
How to Delete Your Account
Open the Astro Navya app and go to your Profile tab.
Tap on Settings (gear icon).
Scroll down and tap "Delete Account".
Confirm your decision when prompted. This action cannot be undone.
Alternative: Request via Email
You can also request account deletion by emailing us from the email address associated with your account:
We will process your deletion request within 30 days and send a confirmation email once complete.
Important Notes
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed
- If you have an active subscription, cancel it first to avoid being charged
- You will need to create a new account if you wish to use Astro Navya again
- Some anonymized usage data may be retained for analytics purposes

Account deletion is processed within 30 days of your request. During this period, your account is immediately deactivated and you will lose access. No, account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once the 30-day processing period completes, all your data is permanently erased and cannot be recovered.
